1 Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access bingo88 games and services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on bingo88 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bingo88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. bingo88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

bingo88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. bingo88 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on bingo88 are processed to verified payment accounts only. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit on bingo88, or to a verified bank account in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be delayed pending completion of identity checks.

4.3 Currency

All bingo88 account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bingo88 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bingo88 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bingo88 promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bingo88 platform — including but not limited to the bingo88 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of bingo88 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bingo88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bingo88 content without prior written consent from bingo88.

bingo88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the bingo88 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bingo88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bingo88 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the bingo88 platform at your own risk.

11 Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure, bingo88 will process any verified balance remaining in the account to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements.

You may close your bingo88 account at any time by contacting bingo88 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

13 Amendments to These Terms
